Thanks to all of you who have participated in the Leadership Culture Review survey!

We’ve had just over 80 responses so far and are hoping for more before the survey closes tonight (11:59pm). This review was inspired by two things: our desire to be Trust-Worthy as a community of faith and a desire to avoid the sorts of crises that are far too common in churches.

As I reflected on yet another such crisis that hit my newsfeed, I observed that a common feature is a toxic leadership culture that was not addressed. This review is an attempt to get ahead of any unhealthy practices before they become problematic. To that end, I am grateful to the Church Leadership Team, staff team, and the Baptist Association for their willingness to participate in this. I’m looking forward to the report that we will receive early next year and to strengthening our leadership culture.
