In all cases, the appropriate beneficiary to be named in the Will is “Gymea Baptist Church (ABN 15 146 145 320)”.
Clause - Where the capital gift is to be made directly to the Church for general purposes. “I GIVE DEVISE AND BEQUEATH ……………..to GYMEA BAPTIST CHURCH (ABN 15 146 145 320) for the general charitable, religious and educational purposes of the said Church. I DIRECT that the receipt of the Treasurer (or other appropriate officer) for the time being of the said Church shall constitute a sufficient discharge to my trustee.”
Clause - Where the capital gift is to be made directly to the Church for “specific project”/missionary purposes. “I GIVE DEVISE AND BEQUEATH ……………..to GYMEA BAPTIST CHURCH (ABN 15 146 145 320) for the benefit of the “specific project”/missions program of the said Church for the general purposes thereof and for the furtherance of the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. I DIRECT that the receipt of the Treasurer (or other appropriate officer) for the time being of the said Church shall constitute a sufficient discharge to my trustee.”
