Currently both are required to attend an Onsite Service. Registration is to reserve your seat/s for an Onsite Service, because currently we have caps on our seating due to NSW Government Restrictions. Check-in is also required when you arrive on-site at GBC via the Service NSW App – you can read more and download it here. This provides the NSW Government contact information of who has been at each Onsite Service. This information provided direct to the NSW Government and stored securely for 28 days for the purposes of contact tracing. If you do not have a phone that can access the Service NSW App, we will gladly register your details online via our Front Desk.
Walk-ins to Onsite Services are welcome, however, they are subject to seating availability - so register in advance to avoid disappointment. You will still be required to complete the Service NSW App check-in and provide registration information.
Anyone (including children) displaying symptoms of COVID-19 should not attend a GBC face to face event. We all have a responsibility to be others-focused and ensure the health and wellbeing of others as a community.
Please contact our Office as soon as possible: (02) 9521 4611 or email email@example.com to advise of your cancellation. This will free up capacity for other people to attend. Or if someone you were coming with was registered and could not attend, let our COVID-Marshals at the front-desk know.
Yes. From Tuesday 12 January 2021, the NSW Government has advised that in the Greater Sydney area face masks are mandatory in certain indoor settings, which includes places of worship. We recommend you bring your own face mask that you are comfortable with. If you do not have one, we can provide one, as it is mandatory. Children 12 years and under are exempt but are encouraged to wear masks where practicable. Masks should not be worn by toddlers under 2 years of age and babies, as they are a choking and suffocation risk. For further information.
We have COVID Marshals and Cleaners who carry out cleaning after each Onsite Service as per the NSW Government guidelines. It is important that we ensure the health and wellbeing of our community by making our facility safe and keeping it safe.
