Belinda Lakelin

Belinda joined the GBC team at the start of 2021 as an Evangelism Coordinator. In this role she is helping our church consider the principles of evangelism and how to live them out in our church ministries and everyday lives. Belinda also worked as the Evangelism Consultant for the Baptist Association of NSW and ACT where she equiped, inspired and resourced Baptist Churches across the state in evangelism. To do this, Belinda has created the training resource “Plan A: The Great Commission for Every Christian”, a collection of sermons, workshops and coaching material that explore the principles and tools of evangelism.

“What do you love about GBC?”

In my time here I have seen the ways GBC lives out its values, in particular the desire of the church to be “on-purpose” about evangelism. It’s inspiring to be part of a faith community that is working not just to grow in their own discipleship, but also in their ability to make disciples.
